Nightmare of a group to deal with! Dorothy Zink, the person who runs Haven Exchange, is more rude than any business person Ive ever dealt with in my life.If I could turn back time, I would have gone with one of the other 1031 accommodators.Not only did we have problems communicating with them, so did our escrow officers.Zink had the escrow office change the title on one of our properties after I specifically sent in directions and now well need to hire an attorney to get it changed.Honestly, this is a nightmare! (Im annoyed that I have to give them 1 star. They should have none!)
