Worst Manager and worst customer service At HawaiiUSA Federal Credit Union.Today when I called customer service I got the most rude lady ever! She was horrible.HawaiiUSA Federal Credit Unionreally needs to treat their clients with respect and dignity.These people need to go to a Customer Service training! Worst experience in a bank I ever had in my life.Not Helpful, not polite, not respectful people. I am going to close my both accounts with this bank.I hope this message gets somewhere that people would look into this issue.
