I have been seeing Dr. Heu for several years (over 5) and while I like the doctor and appreciate how good she is, the staff service is horrible.They cannot fill prescription refills timely and they do not care about the patient.A gentleman called Billy, specifically said he doesnt care if I seek out another doctor.These staff members need to understand they are a reflection of the doctor and how poor customer service affects their patients.Im very disappointed and I will be finding a new medical group that actually cares about their patients.
