Purchased a futon sofa Bed on 5/18/17. Was told by store employee to come back, they had to order. Charged $253.33 on our credit card. Went back to the store to pick up our futon sofa bed and discovered it was the wrong color. We asked that our credit card be refunded we did not want the wrong color. Here we are 7/10/17 and we have not received the credit nor has a check been mailed to us. Initially this company told us that they could not issue a credit to our credit card. Corporate would have to issue a check. Now they are saying that corporate cannot issue a check and we would have to go back to the store and get a credit on our credit card. What is going on? They have earned interest on our money for alomost two months. What a disgrace and terrible way to run a business. BEWARE!!!!
