I had a frustrating series of experiences withHoneck OToole, CPAs.My small business was charged a lot of money, suffered through some costly miscommunications, and year after year received conflicting advice and less than friendly treatment.Staff turnover seems to be high, which has made consistency an issue.When one of the firms principal CPAs made a significant error on my return (and subsequently left the firm),I was then charged for the time another CPA there spent fixing it.Bottom line is that this is an expensive firm that seems to have internal troubles and is not, as it advertises, a place “where people count.
