I had been a client of Hurst Robert M CPA PC for tax purposes for at least the past 5 years.This year I simply couldnt afford a professional return so am doing it myself.When I called just to ask for a copy of last years return since I had misplaced mine, Bob hung up on me.I called back, thinking it was a mistake and he hung up on me two more times, saying he was too busy to give out free service.I had been hoping to use their services in the future if possible, but never again, seeing how they treat their “former clients.Plenty of other accountants out there go elsewhere.
