Original Complaint against I Drive Smart published at DirtyScam.com says, verbatim –
I had to request a refund for a class I could not take. The individual in charge of accounts would not return my call or acknowledge that I left him a voice message.The nonrefundable fee was explained as used to pay merchandisers. I do not understand why this requires a deposit. The individual did not care about my problem, and stated that policy was policy.I therefore would suggest seeking another service which is not so expensive nor geared to profit.
