I’ve been in my home for 10 years. The buying experience was horrible and I felt several of Ideal Home’s representatives were unethical and dishonest.My dissatisfaction was never successfully addressed, so I would stay away from them and their associated builder, Landmark.As for their homes, expect low utility bills – they do that well, but expect electrical and plumbing problems that their contractor won’t successfully fix under warranty.I’d give the house itself three stars.
