If your idea of IMMEDIATE care is to not have radiology read your films in 22 hours (when you were initially told it would take but a few hours), then Immediate Care of Oklahoma is your place.If youd like no one to discuss pain management options with you when you are shivering with pain, Immediate Care of Oklahoma is for you.If youd been told next step was a surgical evaluation and then radio silence, then this is your clinic. .When you get fed up and have your GP request the films, but “Immediate Care will only forward the notes (and these have lots of errors) I think you get the point.This place does a lot of drug testing be prepared for seven people to be taken back before you as they only need to pee in a cup.Mind you, in a complete lack of patient centered care, they will not explain this prioritization to you until you get very fed up and prepare to leave.The staff is very nice but this is a broke down system. It seems inhumane to send someone here who is hurting.Diagnosis: poor communication, get your damn specialists to read reports/films and get back to you and give some attention to pain Mgmt.And the waiting room is the slightly cooler than Antartica.
