I stuck with Innovative Accounting Solutions, Inc for 5 long and horrible years because he was a cheap solution, but you definitely get what you pay for.Not only did his failure to submit paperwork properly result in my business getting temporarily suspended, but he also illegally refused to release information he provided to the government on my behalf.His reasoning “He just wants to screw me over. Who says that?!I do realize its my fault for staying with him for so long, but he also cussed me out via email 3 different times citing my lack of knowledge as the source of his frustration.I tried to inform him that my field of knowledge isnt in finances, thus why I hired him but I dont believe he understood that.Ive since moved on, and my new CPA (as well as several friends in the business) have informed me that everything Chris has done is by far the worse example of unprofessional behavior theyve ever heard.Ive never written a bad review, but I feel as though I must try to at least spare one person from this awful, awful man.Not only is Chris Russo a bad businessman, hes also a bad human being. Choose anyone else to handle your finances!
