Ive called Insight Vision Center 4 times on different days for an appointment and each time Ive been on hold for more than 10-15 minutes.Ive tried to reach the referral center and the first 2 times I called in for an appointment the person who takes referral calls is not there.The office hasnt even closed yet, but I guess they take off earlier than expected.The third time I called the office I am finally able to reach the referral office and I ask the person to hold for a second as I reach to grab my papers from my desk.The call then suddenly gets disconnected.This is my fourth time calling the office and hopefully I can get through to somebody.I havent even been able to step foot into this office so all I can say about it is that it has very poor call service and I am very unsatisfied already.
