I have a company and my online transactions through my website is done through the merchant account I have with Instabill Payment Gateway . I opened this account to make payments smoother and help my customers reap benefits of digital marketing. It took me quite a bit of time to start with this new technology and my experience with Instabill Payment Gateway made it real painful.I will not go in details and would like to be crisp in outlining the problems I faced with Instabill Payment Gateway . I was not sure of the merchant that I should select for all my dealings online and Instabill was just an option, google suggested. You know how these search engines work and Instabill is ranked well. I am a novice when it comes to technology and failed to check further reviews about the company.What we see is not true every time. I know I took it lightly and trusted them for all my money. I contacted them and they made me sign the terms about the security and payments. I agreed and started using their services. They asked me for $499 as the set-up fee which I paid them right away.I was told that I will be charged $50 monthly and the balance in the account will be cleared monthly and will be paid in my account. I thought it to be a win-win deal and started using their services.The transactions were fine and my customers did not find any trouble using them. Everything was going fine until the last day of the month arrived. I asked them for the pay-out and they dismissed my request saying that the payments can only be made once my balance reach upto $2000. I was stunned and tried to review the agreement again. I did not find any term that mentioned the account balance constraint.However, I did not find it much of a problem and asked them to share my statements which I was likely to receive and didn’t. I even confirmed my email address. You would really be surprised to know that they denied my existence in their database. I tried calling them various times and lastly, they found me. What a system? I do not know if I should laugh at their arrangement or should cry at my condition.In either case, I know my money is at stake. Later, they said they sent me weekly bills of $50 which was again not as it was agreed as per our first meeting. They told I will be charged monthly amount of $50. After my request, they sent me the final bill claiming that I owe them money.I tried to find out victims who have the same story to share and found many. By that time, I was convinced myself that it was never a confusion but a well-planned trap and I was at the mercy. Instabill has looted many others and their work ethics are designed as per their convenience. Everyone is complaining about their irresponsible behaviour and unwanted charges.What a shame? After understanding the severity of the situation, I have planned to sue them. I know it may take days or even months to clear this legally but I am all set to rip them even if it calls for a war.
