“Dr Jacobsen has the WORST bedside manner Ive ever encountered. I waited a month for an appointment to be greeted by a woman already in a bad mood who immediately tried to cut on me before even listening to the problem or answering any questions. When I told her I was not there for a procedure she threw stuff on the table and stormed out of the room leaving me and her assistant standing there with our mouths dropped open in disbelief. The worst part is after doing absolutely nothing but ruining my day she billed my insurance and sent me a bill for doing absolutely nothing! BEWARE!!!
