Horrible services ! I went there with the hope that they will find possible ways to reduce my taxes. Here is what I got:1. UNLAWFUL/IMPROPER TAX FILING: Just to save their time they will advise you to change visa status/status/type of filing. It makes their job simple even if its not true.2. WRONG TAX RETURNS: They mixed up documents for last 2 years and filled in wrong numbers, despite W2 has clearly written year at top! End result of that miscalculations according to Jessie was I owed Federal/State hundreds of $. Thank god I checked it on my own before writing Fed a check3. WASTE OF TIME: I wasted 4 HOURS in their office for my simple return WAITING 1 HOUR even when I took appointment well in advance.People there are just incompetent and took hours to just feed in the data.4. CHEATING: They charged $15 EXTRA than what I was told while taking appointment, even when my tax returns were simple with no extra forms.5. NO CONFIDENCE IN MY RETURNS: He ran numbers and said I owe state $1000 on asking why was that, he ran it again and then said I would get back $300 . On asking why this miracle he said “TAX IS NO LOGIC!Thats the level of knowledge, skills and attitude of workers at Jessie. YOU CANT GET PIECE OF MIND that he has done it correctly.Looks like they were doing good few years back, but now with all his unskilled assistants, quality of service is at worst level.At spent 4 hours with these useless fellows and ended up doing it on my own. PLEASE AVOID THIS PLACE!
