Jocelyn De Guzman did a loan for me while at Prospect Mortgage. While the FHA loan was eventually approved, it was one of the more frustrating mortgage processes Ive gone through in 15 years of owning homes.I expected a clearly laid out underwriting process with upfront knowledge of what documents would be required and a broker working on my behalf.That upfront knowledge wasnt there and I felt as if she was working to unravel the loan rather than push the loan forward.Ultimately I would have been better suited working with a direct lender.
