I have been a customer of this business for years. Today I got an email that was unexpected from Chris T. when I called in to talk about the issue that has come up Chris responded with what more do you want us to do for your little money that you paid I asked for them to actually fight on my behalf instead of just filing paperwork. Chris T. then hung up I called back talked to Chris and asked if hanging up was the correct course of action in this situation and I was then told to stop throwing him under the bus and to “F. OFF” and he used the real cuss words. and proceeded to hang up again. I sent my investigator to find any information about this company and the owners my investigator came back with two phone numbers listed to the owner Jody Joe Hickey. I proceeded to call the numbers a woman answered claims she is Joe’s mom and she would pass a message I proceeded to tell her sons’ business just hung up on me and curse me. Mr. Hickey’s mom said she would relay the message. I then called the second number found and Joe himself picked up. I then advised Mr. Hickey I left a message with his mom and what all the issues were going on that day Mr. Hickey took the concerns seriously and had another representative call me back we talked and worked out a solution to the issues. Several hours later Mr. Hickey called me back personally and said you called my mom I advised yes when no satisfaction with his reps. I took outside action normally not taken. Joe Hickey started cussing himself saying that was uncalled for my mom is 78 years old. I asked if he felt I had been done wrong and he proceeded to say he was upset and now is cancelling my account and refunding all the money I had paid and abruptly hung up. I want the outcome of this to be all the ongoing at this business to be publicized. Employees and owners that cuss and scream when they feel put out in any way. If you do not want to be called or want your family called handle your disgruntled customers in house. These individuals do not fight for you they shuffle paperwork anything outside of that deal with the IRS yourself.
