I went to John C Fremont Medical Clinic to get a full physical for the first time in years. I had a list of questions for the doctor.She got frustrated that I had questions, so I didn’t feel comfortable asking all of them.The communication between the lab and the clinic is abysmal.They told me to fast for a test, then when I got there they told me that was unnecessary.After I left they called me to come back because they forgot a test.It took over a month to hear about my test results -I had no luck getting them sooner by calling.I was transferred multiple times to an answering machine of the doctors assistant and never heard back.I went in for another test which they had to repeat (because they messed up the results) during the supposed follow-up visit for that test. I still haven’t heard back about the re-test.I asked for some standard women’s cancer and health screenings -they completely forgot to do two of them after the doctor said she would and they tried to discourage me from having from the 1-3 year women’s health cancer screening.It’s incredibly confusing there- it seems like they won’t notify you with either good or bad results.You schedule a follow-up in person a month out and then when you show up they kinda look blankly at you and ask why you’re there.Go to the doctor in Fresno.
