I called today asking about if Kim R Coyle CPA & Associates could help with a financial statement service for my company.His assistant didnt seem to know the answer to my question and went over to ask, Im assuming Kim the CPA and I over hear the CPA say dismissively, “no, tell him to go away and a few other things that seemed very unprofessional.I am a potential paying customer and not sure how a business can be in business when the speak about clients that way.I think if he knew I could hear him he wouldnt have but the fact that he didnt shows any consideration for his potential clients and probably current clients as well is very telling of his core beliefs and what his business is about.Horrible and so unprofessional.
