Original Complaint against KS Mortgage published at DirtyScam.com says, verbatim –
KS Mortgage sent my mortgage interest statement in an unsecured envelope.It arrived open, Im surprised the paper was still inside.I called and spoke with Kelly, his response was that they taped the envelopes.They didnt dampen the adhesive and a small piece of tape was attached to the side.Inside was my name, address, federal tax ID number and SSN.This is a real identity-theft threat. I will never do business with KS Mortgage again.
