Horrible. Couldnt tell me how Lemon Tree Family Medicine billed my insurance but also told me they dont enter my insurance info into any system??? I asked how they would get what my copay is and how they would bill my insurance.If they didnt put my insurance info anywhere and I couldnt get any type of answer except “we will bill your insuranceThis place scammed my husband into a $40 copay too when his insurance covers everything.He then put a backup insurance and they still said it would be $40 and if it comes out to be less we will refund the difference ??? Like what ???They need to get their head on straight!
