Unfortunately for me I requested a quote for moving on 2/28 for a move date of 4/14. I wasnt sure if the exact date but I was confirmed for the weekend of my requested date. I then needed to move a week earlier and reached out to the company on 4/2 to see if they could still accommodate. I was told yes and had been confirmed for a move date of 4/9. On 4/8, I received a call from Lion & Bear saying the the truck that would be used to move me broke down so they made arrangements with another company to move me at the same rates. Since the rate was the same I didnt think anything of it. I later received a call from the other company Strong Movers to confirm and I was still fine with things, however on move day things didnt go smoothly. The people that were sent to move me clearly were not movers. They were very small framed and only one guy was really able to do any lifting which then made he move longer than it should have been.
