I rented a home from M & M Mortgage and the house was in foreclosure.We had to move and had just paid rent to the lady.She had us meet her in front of a nightclub.I do not think anyone should deal with them.They do not return calls nor make repair calls.The only reason to hear from them was to get the rent money.
