Im new to the area and decided to give this place a try. I already had gel on my nails from a previous salon.I walked in, place looked clean and picked a color. Sat down and 10 min in, I was kind of concerned because they left all 10 of my fingers in the acetone for so long that my fingers were getting all tingly, numb and cold.Then when she started removing my gel, I was horrified. At one point I said Oh my gosh, Are you going to just rip them off??! I have never seen someone use cuticle removers to remove gel off my nails She continued to do it and my nails ripped along with the gel coats (1 & 2 photo) and at the end didnt even take off all the gel coats (3rd photo).Seeing that my nails were all torn, there wasnt really a point of getting my nails done. So I told her I would just leave.When it came time for me to pay, she said $20. I was shocked. Even seeing that I had cash, she didnt offer to lower the price (which they usually do) until I tried to pay with ca rd and she went down to $18.
