Please avoid these scammy landlords. Dont believe anything they tell you, and please record and monitor everything. They will attempt to screw over their tenants any chance they get. If they screw up or make mistakes, expect them to avoid it and sweep it under the rug, but they will do everything they can to come after their tenants. They are slumlords, they are liars, and they will screw tenants over and justify their actions by their religion.
