My taxes never got filed on time (told error in efile), despite my early completion (signed and I paid Kevin in Feb).When filed late, my taxes were filed incorrectly showing capital gains which I did not have.This resulted in penalties. The worst part of this process (even more annoying than the penaties that I should not have paid) is that I have called his office over 10 times to resolve this issue and I NEVER get a call returned.No follow-up on my requests. Nothing. Extremely disapointing service.I am still trying to sort out the amendment process with no help from his office.
