Unreliable, unprofessional, and difficult to work with.Based on the great reviews here, I had my property manager try to use McMurrays to fix my HVAC system. In addition to a quote $4,000 above the competitor, the feedback from my tenant and the property manager was extremely negative. And Im out $200-300 for the estimate!1. The guy took the check to pay for the estimate, gave a 4hr window for the apt time on a work day, and didnt show up.2. They didnt answer calls, when they did they were too busy to talk, and took forever o call back.3. When the guy finally came he talked to the tenant, went to check it the roof and the disappeared.4. When we finally got the quote it was literally $4,000 or 200% higher than the competitions.5. The property manager had to push hard to get him to disclose that there was another solution (just replacing a part instead of the whole thing), which would cost way less.This company is poorly managed if not incompetent. They wasted my time and money.
