Mecklenburg Medical Group refuse to work with me to remove a charge for a service the doctor explicitly advised me personally that she would not charge me for.It was only just over $100 charge and they refuse to remove it and the Dr refuses to address the issue at all, even not replying to a written request for her help.They sent it to a collection agency and now it is impacting my credit report, but I refuse to pay for these erroneous charges.I am very disappointed in their unsavory behavior.Sadly now, I found on the site Vitals another complaint of a patient of the good doctor for fraudulent billing.Shame on her and on MMG.
