I won a gift certificate from my hair salon to his office. I guess it was a booby prize or a zonk. I had his office do laser hair treatment to my face and they gave me third degree burns on my chin. One of the blisters popped and left a whole in my chin, when I went back and saw him directly and expressed my frustration and concernshe said oh it happens and what the [email protected]&$? are you going to do about it? Wow, completely unprofessional and unacceptable. I now have to have it cut and fixed by a real plastic surgeon. Thanks for the concern and professionalism.
