Horrible experience. Was supposed to move us at 12pm on a Saturday. We had booked the elevator at our destination complex; made us wait for 8.5 hours and the truck didn’t come until 8:30pm. We didn’t finish moving until 11:45pm, and caused us a rift with our new neighbors and leasing company. Not only that, Nelson ignored our repeated calls, and contracted the job to someone else without telling us. Very disappointed about the service, and I will not recommend using his service.Word of advice: 1) don’t schedule multiple jobs if you cant commit 2) don’t sub jobs and divert your subs to do other jobs while customers are waiting 3) be professional and return phone calls. Things happen but not returning phone calls or keeping customers abreast, is not a good way to do business. Frankly, I don’t understand the 5 star reviews in Dirty Scam! Was it a fluke or are those reviews fake.
