Have been doing my taxes with New Bay Income Tax Service for years but this year they have made a mistake and have not bothered to look into it.It has been over a month since I have filed and still have not received a refund, when checking IRS website says my taxes have not been submitted.I have called them multiple times and have been repeatedly told they will have someone call me back, a week has passed and I still have not received a call.I have reffered alot of people here but will NEVER refer anyone again
