Re-financed through Northstar Mortgage Corporation and I would NOT suggest them to anyone.I first asked that my loan not be sold to specific lenders.I wasnt promised that they wouldnt sell, but was told “we rarely sell our loans 30 days later, the loan had been sold.Was promised that the title company would come to my house.Never happened, had to drive to the Title Companys office. I also requested a 20 year loan.Upon spending an hour at the title company, found out on the last signature page that the agreement was for 15 years.They dont listen and tell you what you want to hear to get the business.My advice? Avoid these guys!
