I saw Mark Snow for a mortgage rate, the numbers he gave me were not impressive.When I went to a bank to explore my options it was brought to my attention that my credit report had over 20 hits and that my credit score had dropped.Mind you the only person I had seen previously was Mark Snow.Long story short, I got a great rate with a bank, and had my credit score restored.I get this is a common practice to con a potential client into believing you have “the best rate but its shady, and just lazy.My experience was over a year ago, but Im holding a grudge.
