By far one of the worst experiences of my life by Nova Home Loans. We were suppose to close today, but due to being short staffed and then a computer outage for several days, our closing was pushed out.We are suppose to close in two days and STILL we do not have an answer.We are living in limbo, unsure if we should pack or not pack, cancel the moving truck?The loan we are getting is provided by a third party.However, if Nova chooses to provide a product through an incompetent company, then they are equally incompetent.
