As a first time homebuyerParamount Residential Mortgage Group PRMG definitely helped me get into my first home and make it a place for my family to make memories.Now that Ive owned my house for a few years, they are literally the worst company to deal with.Tried to refinance and I told them my situation before hand and they said oh the manager gave permission to do this.That so I can make it work and guess what $800 later they tell me oh never mind we cant do it with that information.Then none of their bankers are on the same level and I will call and ask about my payment for one thing since I just got an increaseI will get a different answer if I call back an hour later and talk to a different representative.Clueless, money hungry company
