They cancelled my appointment less than 1 hr before I was scheduled to come in. But since I was already on my way, I wasnt able to get the take the phone call (the receptionist left no message). When I showed up, she looked at me as if she was surprised to see me. She lets me know that I would have to reschedule for the following week.I am sure that most people have to coordinate time off from the job to take care of personal matters, so I was taken aback that less than 1hrs notice seemed to them to suffice as enough lead time for an institution to cancel your appointment. But Park Place Dental charges you up to $100 if you dont give them at least 24 hours cancellation notice.They also use a text messaging application to send you reminders about your appoint. I got a text as early recent as 9:30am today that they were looking forward to seeing me for my 11:30am appointment. These people are a joke. Make an appointment at your own risk.
