Patty Souza is a monster and a liar and inept.* She delayed or first meeting for an hour, while I stepped away from work, and literally blamed it on her dog. She had completely forgotten our meeting.* I specifically wanted some information up to the point BEFORE she did a hard credit check on us, since that hurts your credit score.She promised she would not do a hard credit check.She proceeded to do it anyway, competent lying to me and my wife.* I had called her various times for help regarding a pre approval for a mortgage, and she refused to even answer. Literally, she went cold.* To top it off, her manner is a cross between haughty and impertinent.Do not ever work with this nightmare.
