Original Complaint against Perspectives Premier Contractors published at says, verbatim –

Please anyone who is considering using perspective premiere contractors please I implore you to avoid them at all cost, these are contractors that you do not want to use. I am not sure I have enough characters to write that can describe my displeasure.First and foremost they appear to be or present themselves as trust worthy and professional individuals but instead they are unqualified and perform work in a below subpar manner. They hire unlicensed subcontractors and work isn’t performed up to standard and code.As the other gentleman stated they had to go to the state of Maryland and file a complaint I too had to do the same thing. Please request to see not only their license but also any subcontractors license and documentation prior to agreeing to work with them.Chance after chance, lie after lie, excuse after excuse, you try to give them the benefit of the doubt but the result is the same. They also installed my bathroom wrong which caused water damage to other areas of my house. And once called in to fix the multiple problems in my bathroom, what should have taken a week to finish, took them almost two months, leaving me without a bathroom and inconvenienced for that allotted time period. If I had the ability to add pictures I would. They seems to not have adequate qualified staffing and had at least 3 team changes throughout the course of my project alone. I lie to you not an overall project that should have taken them 1-1/2 months to finish, with all the back and forth, complaints, and bulls*** it took them over a year to complete, and can you believe it’s still not done correctly? I just gave up.If you do plan on hiring perspectives and allowing them an opportunity to work on your property I highly recommend adding a penalty clause to their contract for none performance or providing your own scope of work and contract for your job.Do not let them set the terms and conditions of the contract so you can protect yourself and can hold them to a specific time frame and work performance. If not they will take their sweet a** time in performing their responsibilities.Maybe if you are hiring them just to do a paint job then they may be able to help, but if you need anything that requires any level of craftsmanship they are not who you should trust with your project.
