Apparently Chempro owner responded to an overwhelming number of customer complaints by stating that “for every one customer we lose, we gain ten” – so your locations, marketing and products are exceptional but you don”t value your customers. I wonder how long this will last and I want this to become public knowledge. It”s a horrible value to have and I cannot believe business is thriving with these values. Very disrespectful and I”m sure if all customers knew this your market share may be impacted on and I intend on doing what I can to get this out.
