Purchased a belt from Bealls. It broke in 20 minutes. When I went back to the store there was a line of customers at the cash register. The other cash register was idle while Kim the supervisor was adjusting merchandise. Kim opened up the second cash register and said next in line. I was not next but I said that I wished to speak to the manaager about the belt I had purchased. Kim told me I would have to wait and that she was the supervisor. I told her I had already waited once.nAfter waiting I was given my money back. Bealls should not be selling such poor quality merchandise and when a customer has to make a trip back to the store there should be somone to assist them in a responsible. manner.
