Complaint: I purchased 55 inch TV which I spent more than $2000.00 plus 4 year warranty and tax.I brought the TV home and tried to connect cable wire to the TV antenna ,while I was trying the TV antenna which is attached to the TV failed on my hand. I try to hook it back,it did not work. I took the pieces to best buy store and told them what happened. I was told they will send some one to put back or bring back the TV . Second day some one came to my home,he put together the sound system and never touch the TV. I asked him if he can take it back since I was told by my sales person.He refused , I took back personally to the store and showed them what happened,the manager on duty came out and say the TV was damaged so we don’t replace it. I was told the only thing I can call geek squad to fix it. I was shocked,can not believe what I am hearing, I was irritate,mad and left the store with out the TV. I called corporate and explain ,they speak the same language. I have to use my warranty option , they sold me deflected TV knowing that I purchased 4 year warranty. I should have to be replaced with new TV since my TV is not working in the first place.I went back to bring not working TV . My money is gone and I keep their defected TV.How in the hall world brand new expensive TV antenna fall out easily? Best buy stealing from their best trusting customer. I advice every one do not buy TV from best buy.
