Biousa in brea – california doesn’t worth to be advertised by amazon. I am very disappointed with biousa.com a company where nobody cares of customers. I found this company on amazon. I would never recommend this company to anybody even an animal sorry. I have placed an order for accu chek test strips and lancets with that company in october 2011; before I placed the order I called 3 times to make sure of the expiration date, I was told it is september-november 2012. I received the items with expiration of april 2012; I sent thousands of emails nobody cares to reply. I called thousands times and agents I talked to are very impolite talking in a rude manner, yelling on me, holding me on phone 7 to 10 mns until line cut off etc… I just want to have the items replaced or a refunded; I talked to jen several times. I talked to claudia gomez introducing herself as a supervisor, she is very rude and doesn’t worth that place; I talked to her many times and all her promise was vain. nobody wa

I talked to claudia gomez introducing herself as a supervisor, she is very rude and doesn’t worth that place; I talked to her many times and all her promise was vain. nobody wants to give me an rma. an agent jeez or jen asked me to ship the order back for a refund of items + shipping fee (fee used to ship the item back which total is $116 + $8.76 = $125.48). I did and the package was received on november on 18 at 9: 01 in brea. every 2 to 3 days I have called for that refund. claudia said she has to talk to a man… and call back; never hear from her. I called her back 3 times, everytime she asked me to start again the story and held me on phone 10 minutes until the line cut off and I have to dialed again. friday december 9, I talked to jen, she said claudia is out of office and she cannot process the refund because system is down and it can take up to 3 weeks for repair even beyond, and more she doesn’t know how much to refund me. beware!!! this is frustrating. is this company a serious company??? how can you treat a very first time customer that way? be aware you can purchase out of date products with them. I am waiting for my money. my rating is 00. I just read on some websites bad reviews on that company mostly about near to be expired test strips.
