Complaint: I have an air conditioning company and was referred to Eric Backer of BITS (Business IT Solutions) by a local contractor. He was hired to create a simple website and do on going SEO. I made a downpayment of $1000 which he took and never did anything. I called him repeatedly and was able to reach him a few times and then heard that he was on drugs from the referring contractor. I never heard anything from him again and got nothing for the money he took. This guy is bad news.
