I bought the package at Los Cabos Golf Resort. Eddy Nowak was the salesman, and we thought it was going to be the chance for us to finally start vacationing. Immediately after we purchased it May 21, 2018 (paying cash) they informed us that we couldn’t start using it until January 1, 2019. When we bought it, the whole time we told them we wanted to use it for our 30th wedding anniversary in September. They never mentioned in the paperwork, or in verbal conversations that we would have to wait. I only found out the day after the purchase when I went back to the salesman and asked him to help me schedule my first vacation. | We waited until January 1st 2019 to use it, and were told by Express Travel that I needed to wait until January 20th to use it. I waited until January 20th and they said that they couldn’t give me my vacation points until I worked it out with the main person they contract sales through. I have contacted their contract people, and they said that because I received a discounted price on the package (for paying cash) that I had to wait 2 YEARS to use the package. Since that time I have been on the phone with Blooms Residences and their contract folks trying to either get my money back, or to get my points. I have talked to Angel Garcia, Miguel Sanchez. and Louise. I have called or contacted them via email over 15 times in the past 30 days, and they keep telling me that they have to have their supervisor look at it, or that the person they need to talk to isn’t available, or any other excuse. Blooms Residences are not honoring their contract and I fell I will need to get a lawyer in order to help me get my money back. All I want to do is to be able to use the vacation package that I paid for. This is one big scam, and you won’t receive your points if you purchase their membership. Buyer beware.
