I ordered a Pioneer radio from these guys. The radio didn’t work. Upon me calling them back, to let them know that my item was defective I was berated and told that the radio was working. I’ve had a lot of radios in my car and this was the first one that didn’t have any audio from any channel. I was then called after I posted my review about the company.nThe customer service rep. then told me he would stop my shipment if I didn’t take down the review. He then threatened he would charge me not 15% but 30% restocking fee.. I told him no because the review was true. I do a lot of buying off the internet and this was the worst I’ve ever been treated… I will not do business with them again and I warn you not too.. nAnd another thing what are trying to do by going back and leaving there rebuttal statements on other people posting..
