This salesperson never broke down the pricing as to installation which their ad said was free but wasn’t. They didn’t tell us about moulding pricing if needed also. We used our existing moulding. We had to argue about getting the breakdown of the costs and finally we discounted the moulding as agreed by their rep named Ralph from another store. We paid them and asked for a paid receipt and they said they would send it but we never received it. This was October of 2008. We are senior citizens and arguments are not good for us as our health is declining so we let the paid receipt go as we have the cancelled checks to prove it. Now we have problems with the carpeting as to discoloration in an area and a seam that was never done properly. Alex from the Concord store said he would send someone from the carpet manufacturer, Beaulieu, and that he would send someone to fix the seam. After 2 months we went back to the store and he had never filed the report to the carpet manufacturer and never sent anyone to our home to repair the seam. This is a terrible company to deal with. It has been arguments from the day of delivery till now. They don’t care about the customer once the job is done and care more about sending people to argue with you all the time.
