I ordered the heartgard green from their website, instead they sent me a product made in Australia. They told me it had the same active ingredients so they substituted it for what I ordered. I told them that I did not want a substitute, but what I ordered. They told me I could return it, but I had to pay for postage. I pointed out that they sent me a product that I did not order, and therefore they were at fault and should pay the postage. Tired of the continuous e-mails back and forth, which I have saved, I returned the product to the address below. They gave me an address in Austrialia to return it to. Returns Dept. PO Box 799 Redbank Plains, QLD 4301 Australia The product cost me $57.99, but return postage to Australia was $28 (they told me it would be $13). To add insult to injury my card was never issued a refund for the $57.99 product. What I don’t get is that they advertise that they have a location in Nevada. I wanted to return the product to this location, but was told I could not! Why the Nevada address then? Is this address just a Front for an illegal operation? Beware! Bait and switch, then no refund after return.
