The worst customer service I have ever encountered. My wife opened an account on Overstock. com over two years ago and all was fine until it was time to create an online payment account for the accompanying Mastercard, which was through First National Bank Of Omaha. It’s been a nightmare since. After creating the online account, we could never log on with the username and password which we created. Efforts to correct the problem online were unsuccessful and when we called the customer service phone number, we were pitched other products and services which we had no interests in. All we wanted to do was correct the problem of not being able to log into our account and pay our bill. Since the problem was never addressed properly by FNB-Omaha, we have made our payments via the telephone, which is a pain in the posterior …system is currently unavailable, the account information is incorrect, etc. etc. etc. You can easily waste 30 minutes attempting to make a payment in a timely matter with their phone service…and should the automated phone service direct you to a live person, you’re placed on hold for an eternity. Don’t ever initiate a relationship with this bank, unless you’re really into S&M.
