Complaint: The HOA selectively targets homes and does not fine orhers i.e bank owned. Selectives homes that are also rented as well by harrassing renter and homeowner. Will file liens even if there is no confirmed reason. Also, the current CAM does not verify complaints as she says in her letters and takes them from homeowners. She is worthless! If you file a complaint with the DBPR for violations they proceed to send you more unverified notices to stop you from speaking against them. The management blames the board and vice vesa. This HOA is more of a dictatorship with a military running the grounds. Other homeowners have said the same but fear reprisal
