Gabriel Field signed property management contract with me. He managed my property in 5541 S-Throop in Chicago. but was not truthful with his monthly statements as most of the repairs he claims to have done was not done when i verified from my tenant. He tricked me into buying another foreclosed property 6426 Sangamon for $12,500 and promised a Rehab cost of $12,500. The Rehab funds was to be from the rent in S-throop plus the funds I already disbursed. The agreement was the upper tenant was to move in in April 2016 and the other tenant to move in in May 2016. The commulative rent was $1,700 from Sangamon. He never notified me of the inspection report or repaired the property as requested by section 8. Section 8 stopped payment and tenant moved out. This has caused me more money to fix and get a new section 8 tenant. | Gabriel never returns my calls and he is a big liar, he took advantage of me because I am an international investor. When I got frustrated and wanted to terminate him. He begged and said we should sign a guaranteed rent agreement which we did. That guranteed rent was supposed to be from September 2016 to December 2017. The total of the rent for the two Chicago property is $2,700 from the 3 tenants on the two chicago properties, He has absconded without picking my calls, he has ended up stealing close to $23,000 from me on the phoney Sangamon sales and Rehab and the Toledo properties. The Chicago authorities has sealed the Sangamon properties for buiding violations because Gabriel fields never did any Rehab after colecting thousands of Dollars from me.
