This was a Facebook advertisement for a free trial of 2 Glamor Gold products. It said pay only shipping and receive the products. On August 9, my account was billed $4.94 for AwesomeSkin and $4.97 for RadiantSoft shipping. This is as it was supposed to be. Then on August 23 my account was billed $89.94 and shortly thereafter there was another $90+ charge. I attempted to contact the company by their Customer Service link. The message I sent requesting them to stop shipping products and to refund my credit card was determined three times to be “undeliverable.” Then I called multiple times and finally spoke with ‘Tonia, Agent 133’. I requested to cancel the subscription I did not ask for. She said when I did not call them after 14 days they assumed I was happy with the product and wanted to continue. I do not recall seeing any of this in their advertisement, and there was nothing in the box containing the “free” samples. There was no packing slip and no invoice, only a small piece of paper about the product; there was NO contact information. Tonia offered me 30% off future shipments; I said no. Then she offered 60% off; I said no, I want all shipments cancelled and credit card charges refunded. She told me she cancelled the subscription. That remains to be seen. Upon the advice of my credit card agent, I mailed the “free trial” products back to the company. I mailed them on September 7 and tracked the package; it arrived on September 10. As of today, September 14, the company has not picked it up.
